1. Overview
ContentFlow is a digital content generation platform operated by HEALING G LIMITED. Our service is delivered entirely online through credit-based access to AI-powered content workflows. There are no physical goods or shipments associated with any purchase.
2. Fulfillment & Delivery
Credits are delivered instantly to your account after successful payment confirmation. There is no physical shipping involved. Our service is delivered as digital content generation through your account dashboard. You can begin using your credits immediately upon purchase.
3. Eligibility
You may request a refund within 30 days of your credit pack purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- Only unused credits are eligible for a refund. Credits that have already been consumed through flow executions are non-refundable.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- If you have used some credits from a pack, you may be eligible for a partial refund covering only the unused portion, calculated on a pro-rata basis.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to contact@content-flow.space with the following information:
- Your account email address
- The credit pack purchased (name and amount)
- Date of purchase
- Invoice number (if available)
- Reason for the refund request
5. Processing Timeline
Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will process it within 5 to 10 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.
6. Exceptions & Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Credits that have already been used to run content flows
- Accounts that have been terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Cases involving fraud, abuse, or misuse of the platform
- Refund requests submitted after the 30-day window
- Promotional or bonus credits (e.g., welcome bonus credits)
7. Partial Refunds
If you have used a portion of your purchased credits, we may issue a partial refund for the remaining unused credits. The refund amount will be calculated pro-rata based on the per-credit cost of the original pack.
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly at contact@content-flow.space before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension.
